Thank you for completing the initial registration on our property portal! As part of our verification process for the units you are soon to post, we require the following documents before they can be made visible:
- If you are a property manager for the unit you’re posting, then we need a copy of your driver’s license and a notarized copy of the property manager’s agreement signed by all parties.
- If you own the unit and are managing/posting it yourself, then we need a copy of your driver’s license and a notarized copy of the deed, the title, or any closing statements.
Once these documents are submitted, we can verify the unit and make it visible to prospective tenants.
